Incan berries are from South America. They are also known as Cape Gooseberries, agauaymanto berries or Goldenberries. These dried berries taste sweet and has some sour lemon flavour. They are packed with nutrition! It has high content of vitamin P (bioflavinoids) and are rich in pectin. Researchers have found that bioflavinoids have a wide range of abilities. Incan berries are also rich in phosphorous, vitamins A, C, B1, B2, B6, and B12, and very rich in protein (16%).
