Attention for Swedish Customers: recently we found parcels going to Sweden is substantially slower than to other countries like Finland. It could take up to 2.5 weeks by RoyalMail international priority service; whereas for parcels going to Finland, it can take 3-5 working days. For parcels over 4 or 5kg, we usually go with couriers such as DPD, or DHL, in this case, it is much quicker. 07 June 2010

We will make every effort to despatch your order with 24 hours. For UK Customers, we usually send parcels (under 5kg) by UK RoyalMail first class. If over 5kg, we usually send via UPS. In both cases, delivery will usually be on the second day. For RoyalMail, delivery might take 1-3 days depending on the area and service status of RoyalMail.

For customers coming from Europe and rest of world, we usually send parcels by UK RoyalMail International priority services, if it is less than 4 or 5kg. If over 2kg, we have to split it into more than one parcel as RoyalMail international service has 2kg shipping weight limit for each parcel. Please note RoyalMail international service is not recorded delivery. If over 4kg or 5kg, we usually go with couriers such as DHL, DPD, TNT, UPS, FedEx etc. For couriers all parcels are trackable.

For French customers, we do have quite some parcels lost in France. So we strongly recommended French customer leave some instructions to French postman, e.g. if not in, please ..... This will help get the parcel eventually reached your hands. In addtion, we will take photos of each parcel going to France as one proof of delivery.

For Norwegian customers, since there is custom control in Norway, we could split your order into smaller packets with values less than 200 NOK. This will make your parcel going through Norwegian custom more quickly. Please leave such instructions if you wish us to do so

Customers have their statutory right to return the products and get refund. If you are not happy with the products, please let us know. We will make refund immediately after we receive the returned products. However, please understand, we have already spent postage to send the products to you, and such postage is not refundable to us by couriers and RoyalMail, therefore we couldn't refund the postage you paid.
